During my tenure as a tech communicator in an IT company I was introduced to a tech writing technique called Information Mapping. In a nutshell, Info Mapping is all about structuring information.
- Is a poem not a structure spun from beautiful ideas?
- Does a diamond not become a precious, cherished stone once it is cut into a shape?
- Do our feelings of intense pleasure or pain not assume a form when tears trickle down our eyes?…
